[net.news.config] ikonas leaves the net

The site 'ikonas' is leaving the net on 3/1/86.  It currently feeds
two other sites, 'dedalus' and 'fcstools'.  'Fcstools' will pick up
our feed from 'ncsu', and 'dedalus' will get its news from 'fcstools'.

The routing currently is:

	ncsu -> ikonas -> fcstools
		       -> dedalus

The new routing is:

	ncsu -> fcstools -> dedalus
