News and mail for the last two weeks was delayed through
rclex due to a problem with a clogged uucp queue and a change
in responsibility for system administration.
After holding all incoming traffic for two weeks, it was all
processed at once between 1930 on April 22 and 1630 on April 23.
The subsequent revolt was successful, and things are now back
to normal. Sorry for the inconvenience and confusion.
