[net.news.config] Secondary number for mirror

	Site 'mirror' has been having some flakiness on
	the lead number of its hunt group.  People who
	have UUCP connections with will probably want to
	add "617-876-1049" as a fall-back 1200 baud number.

	Sorry for the inconvenience:  I'm about to be out
	of town for a couple of days and hope to fix it
	when I come back.
