[net.lang] OCCAM in Electronics Magazine

I have been told that there is an article on OCCAM in the 30-Nov-82
issue of Electronics Magazine.  For those of you who missed my request
for OCCAM info yesterday, it's simple answer to ADA.  I will find the
article and post a summary in net.lang.
