[net.lang] Peter Mosses' SIS

	I am looking for an implementation of Peter Mosses'
Semantics Implementation System for 4.1bsd VMUNIX.  Or, how about
a BCPL compiler for the VAX so I can run the original version of
SIS.  Any ideas?
