For Canadians eager to see the recently mentioned "Smalltalk-80: The Language
and Its Implementation", a 3 week wait is in order, according to the Don Mills
office of Addison-Wesley.  Price will be US price * 1.3 (in Cdn dollars).
Once it is released, A-W can provide a copy for pick-up in Don Mills with 2
day's notice and can also mail copies.
