[net.lang] Is PASCAL An ANSI Standard?

I received an IEEE flyer this morning which offers to sell me a copy
of ANSI/IEEE 770X3.97-1983, an ANSI standard for PASCAL.  From the
date, it must be that this was just adopted.  Can somebody answer
authoritatively

	1.  Is this an adopted ANSI standard or just a draft?
	2.  If it is adopted, when was it adopted?
	3.  What is its relation to any ISO standard?  In particular,
	    is ISO likely to take this (for the purposes of this
	    question, adopted) standard over whole-hog or are there
	    likely to be differences between the two?

I will summarize any mail; of course, an informed answer posted to the
net would be welcome.
