[net.lang] YACC + attributes

I have written a preprocessor which extends YACC with attributes.
A description was published in an article in the october issue
of SIGPLAN Notices.  Anyone interested in getting a copy of the
sources should send me mail (see below).
If enough people are interested I'll send the source to
net.sources (about 20Kb).
