You might try: Dewar Information Systems Corp. 221 West Lake St. Oak Park, Illinois 60302 I believe they have what they call "MACRO SPITBOL" for VAXen, probably including some UNIX flavor(s). I have no connection with the company; the address is from an old DECUS proceedings. I did use a CDC version of MACRO SPITBOL a few years ago, and it seemed to be a good implementation of SNOBOL4.
