[net.lang] SNAP and POP

In the October 1984 issue of Byte, there was a discussion of two very
interesting languages: POP and a subset SNAP.  According to the article,
they are currently being used mostly in the UK.

If a UNIX/C implementation of either of these languages ever becomes
available, I'd be interested in it.

	I can't wait for the implementation of CRACKLE, so that we can use
the three flavors of the language to do cereal i/o.
