[net.lang] "C" compiler to a HP-3000 mini, from a company called TIME-LAB ??

Does anyone know anything about a company called TIME-LAB (are they on the net?)

because I think they have made a "C" compiler for a HP-3000 mini computer, and
I want to know more about it.
