It's worse than that... but if I told you, I'd be breaking our license
agreement with AT&T, so...

Next time you log into a V7, sys3, or even BSD system, do an ``ls -l
/bin/test'' and get a surprise that falls out of the way /bin/sh handles exit
statuses (statii? :-).
