[net.lang] Exchange of CLU modules

I have started a mailing list mail.clu, which is intended for exchange
of CLU programs, especially definitions of routines and abstract data
types that can be used in many different application programs.  Also
accepted are modules written in special assembly languages that are used
to accompany CLU implementations.
