[net.lang] Smalltalk-80

kgb@ozdaltx.UUCP (kgb @ OZ BBS, Dallas, TX) (09/04/86)

Is there anyone in netland who is interested or has mastered object
oriented programming, specifically SMALLTALK-80?? Or does anyone
know of any local clubs (Dallas-Ft Worth, TX area) that are into
that sort of thing. I'm currently runing METHODS 1.1
on an IBM PC and i keep blowing (well crashing) the
system because the garbage collector gets
pissed off -- and how do you get something to the printer --
oops. excuse me. my frustration is showing through.

If anyone knows where any Smalltalk info lies I'd be grateful
if you'd send me a message (excuse the object oriented pun).

Thanks Clay

Try net.lang.st80, if your site gets that particular newsgroup. If not, you
might talk to your local sys. admin. person and see about subscribing to it.
