Is there anyone in netland who is interested or has mastered object oriented programming, specifically SMALLTALK-80?? Or does anyone know of any local clubs (Dallas-Ft Worth, TX area) that are into that sort of thing. I'm currently runing METHODS 1.1 on an IBM PC and i keep blowing (well crashing) the system because the garbage collector gets pissed off -- and how do you get something to the printer -- oops. excuse me. my frustration is showing through. If anyone knows where any Smalltalk info lies I'd be grateful if you'd send me a message (excuse the object oriented pun). Thanks Clay {smu,ihnp4,}!killer!ozdaltx!kgb

Try net.lang.st80, if your site gets that particular newsgroup. If not, you might talk to your local sys. admin. person and see about subscribing to it.
