I have heard of a new issue that hit the market this past may. Telstar is a communications company trading on the OTC market. Its suppose to be one of the best new issues in a long time and is expected to takeoff. Has anyone heard or know anything concrete about it? It is now selling for very little (under $1) and might make a real good investment. Let me know by mail.
