[net.invest] no load vs load

I've read that people invest in load funds if they do well because the
management fees for the fund is sometimes reflected in the earnings of
a no load fund anyways. Though I must admit that with a load fund, if
the fee is 8 1/2%, if you withdrew your money shortly after you entered
the fund, you would lose 8 1/2% right off. There is a magazine on the
newstands, put out by the publishers of MONEY magazine, on IRA'S. They
compare many mutual funds, and account for the load fees.
