[net.invest] Stock Market

	I have been thinking about investing in some utility stocks but
before I do, I was hoping I could get some of the following questions
answered.

	1. Can anyone recommend a good discount broker?
	2. What are some of the better utility stocks, I have been
	   watching Illinois Power, Virginia Electric Power, Iowa
	   Power, and a few others? Can anyone recommend others to
	   look into?
	3. Off the mark a little, I heard that International Harvester
	   is selling A Warrants and $1.62 a warrant that give the
	   owner a 10 year call at $5.00 a share. I know IHarv is not
	   doing well at all, but I would think that if they do not
	   go under, I would think that this would be a great investment.
	   Does anyone have any information about these, including how
	   I could go about buying them.
	4. Are there any good books on the Stock Market that would be
	   good for a relative beginner.
