Do not know what state you are from, but in Mass. an investment club has to be a partnership in most cases. If there are several out-of- staters in the partnership, this requirement may not apply. Joe Dzekevich DEC

In the 8/27/84 Wall Street Journal, there is an article about
Investment Clubs. Quoting without permission "If you are interested
in starting a club, you can learn how by contacting NAIC at
1515 East Eleven Mile Road, Royal Oak, Mich., 48067."
