A.L. Williams seems to want people to work for them just long enough to sell to friends and relatives. After selling to these people, you persuade them to sell to their friends (and you keep a % of commission). If you know anything about insurance or investments, go to one of their meetings and ask some of the agents there questions about what they are selling as compared to other types of insurances or investments. You will find that the vast majority don't have any idea what they are selling!!! They just become motivated and sell a lot before the motivation subsides. Most of their agents are active for only a short time (this is encouraged). A.L. Williams is one of, if not, the fastest growing insurance/ annuity company, and they've done it with this method. I would have nothing to do with working for them, and I have found that there are better investments elsewhere as well (though their products aren't bad).
