Enormous profits. You sell the pidgeons the vending machines without a
service contract, finance the sales and tie them into a contract that
makes you their sole supplier for the candy and cigarrettes for the life
of the loans.  If they default on the loan the machines revert to you
and they are liable for any refurbishing charges.  Make sure you have
their house as collateral.

A good side venture would be the repair of your pidgeons' machines.  This
could also be made part of the overall contract.
