 I've used DBC as broker since 1978, and never had any problems.
 But I don't do a lot of trading (perhaps 4 per year).

 Their rates are certainly very good, although not all that 
 much different from some of the other low-ballers like 
 Brown, Waterhouse, or Rose.

I and my investment club have been dealing with DBC for almost 1 year.
We have had no problems with them.  We trade both stocks and stock
options, and DBC has been very responsive in both types of transactions.

I've used DBC for not quite one year, no complaints so far. They won't
spend a lot of time hand-holding, but they seem to be quite reasonable
both in execution and in rates.
