	I read a brief report in the Boston Globe last week that
	Minnesota-Duluth's Matt Christenson had suffered a stroke. The
	impression I got from what little was said was that his life was
	not in danger, but he may have suffered some permanent
	disability. Does anyone have more information?
	
	Such things seem doubly tragic when they happen to gifted
	athletes.

     I read that he had suffered two strokes in three days and was having
trouble moving the right side of his body.  
     His first stroke occurred during a game of "boot hockey" with some of
the other UMD players. 
     The whole thing seems to be such a shame.
