``Party Girl'' originally appeared as the B-side of ``A Celebration,'' which was a single released between the October and War albums. It was a precursor of the rawer War sound, and is quite a good song in its own right. The B-side's full title was ``Trash, Trampoline, and the Party Girl,'' and sounds quite pyschedelic. Interesting note: the ``11 O'Clock Tick Tick'' single was produced by Martin Hannet, who was Joy Division's producer as well. When U2 started getting attention in 1980, many people ridiculed them as a ``happy Joy Division.'' -- ``Bob'' (Robert P. Krajewski) ARPA: RpK@MC MIT Local: RpK@OZ UUCP: genradbo!miteddie!rpk
