[net.micro.pc] Lattice C Line Numbering and Mince

To use the numbers provided by Lattice error messages in Mince is
easy.  Use the REPEAT feature and the next line command as in:

    ctrl-U count ctrl-N

If you are positioned at the top of the file, use a count of error
line number minus one to get to the line mentioned by Lattice.
