I was at the Trenton Computer Fair this weekend. I spoke with Steve from Micromint about the mpx-16 board. I obtained the following information: 1) MS-DOS will be offered in the future; he is writing the BIOS now. Microsoft wants $50,000 to offer MS-DOS. He wants to have the BIOS in hand before paying the money. 2) BIOS for MS-DOS will be on the disk and loaded into RAM. 3) He said that the board can be built and just suggests that you buy the wired board because he has seen too many other boards that looked like the person used a blow-torch to solder. 4) There is a modification for the board to allow certain IBM boards, the color display board (I think) to work with the MPX-16 Hope to start construction of my board soon Joe Wilkes American Bell Freehold, NJ
