VMS Kermit, however, is just too big, and also the version I have has a serious bug for which I'm awaiting a fix (on tape via US mail from Stevens). Meanwhile, here's the new stuff in <INFO-IBMPC>: 1. New KERMIT-20: KERMIT.MAC and .EXE. KERMIT.NEWS explains the new features. 2. New IBM PC Kermit; contains a few small but important fixes -- now you can transfer binary files again. Our CS department is making some progress in getting up on the ARPAnet; maybe within a few weeks, I'll have the whole KERMIT distribution in a place where everyone can get at it easily, and I can keep it up to date. - Frank
