[net.micro.pc] Object Module Librarian available

guest@teklabs.UUCP (08/07/83)

There is now available an MSDOS compatible librarian (called
PolyLibrarian) from Polytron Corp, a new company in Hillsboro, Oregon.
It does everything you would expect from a librarian. Besides that it
has a nice user interface and a well written manual. Included with the
manual is comprehensive documentation about the library and object
module formats (a la Intel), and also about the command grammar
recognized by PolyLibrarian. You can rename object modules, public
names within a module, and delete non-essential record types from
modules, thereby reducing the amount of disk space needed to store your
libraries. You can also examine and change the modules in existing
libraries. There are three "modes" of operation -- command-line,
interactive, and command file; the three modes may be combined in
useful ways. It costs $99 (ninety-nine dollars for those mailers that
like to eat dollar signs).

Polytron is not on the network (yet), so call or write them at:
	Polytron Corporation
	PO Box 787
	Hillsboro, Oregon 97123
	503-648-8595.

For orders call 800-547-4000; however, there is no technical staff at
the toll free number, so they cannot answer any hard questions.
