[net.micro.pc] 'System' call under DOS 2.0

It made this far (in net.sources), and I'm at pur-ee!iuvax!isrnix (notes
path). On the other hand, it seems to be a little bugged: I was fooling
with that program (I wrote an ultra-simple "shell" using the call), and
the DOS "COMMAND" command, and the MBASIC "SHELL" command, all of which
effectively give a shell, and these all worked in about any combination,
but as I popped UP the stack, the "exit()" I put in my "shell" program
would issue lots of garbage on the screen, or sometimes just die.
I think it has to do with not having enough memory, but I thought the
exec() call checked for that.  Oh, well.. It certainly works if you don't
get too tricky...
