(This line intentionally left non-blank) Having a net.souces.pc seems a little excessive. I have no idea of the size of the free library, but I am sure it much larger than would be feasible to send around on the net. It might be possible, however, to send around a list of available programs in the library. Then if some kind-hearted soul wants to volunteer, requests could be sent to him, and he could return the sources requested, either by mail or by posting, depending on the number of replies. Another possibility (although probably slim) would be to have a fairly automated system, whereby a form letter is sent around on the network. When a user wants a piece of software, he fills in the blanks and sends the form letter. An automatic form letter reader could mail the source back to him. Please note that I am not volunteering for this job. I am simply offering a suggestion to decrease the ever increasing news/mail traffic. -- Allyn Fratkin U.C. San Diego
