[net.micro.pc] Overlaying C compiler, anyone?

Does anybody know of a C compiler for MS-DOS systems that creates overlays 
without a lot of programmer intervention?  We are trying to port a large C
program onto a MS-DOS environment, and we would like to have it run on as
small a machine as possible.
