I recommend you use one of the many exec() routines that are out
their in the public-domain. You could then parse a string and
break out specific commands and arguments to be passed to exec().
Lattice will have their own version of exec() in release 2.1 which
is being tested at this very moment.

That has been fixed.

I am looking for a function that acts like the UNIX system()
call for Lattice C.  Any pointers would be appreciated.
