From: Matthew J Weinstein <matt@UCLA-LOCUS.ARPA> A few weeks ago, I recall seeing reports that PCCOMM was not working properly (dozens of timeouts occured per record sent). PCCOMM11 seems to have started failing in this mode once the 8087 upgrade was installed in a friend's PC/XT. Everything else functions normally. Is there an 8087/8088 instruction compatibility problem? Perhaps the 8087 taking an overflow trap on the CRC calculation? Is there a fix? - Matt
