[munch] I'm thinking of buying an AT sometime in the next month or two (God and 1.2mB drives willing) and have been trying to decide what kind of options to get. The main questions are: 1. Does anyone know of any after-market hard drives (preferably ~40 meg) that will work on the AT? It is my understanding that all AT's come with the controller for a pair of hard drives, so adding the drive itself should be easy. (and we can't live without a hard drive ! (:-)) 2. Any experience/recommendations on good color cards/displays for the AT? 3. How bad is reliability on the 1.2 meg floppy? (A friend reports that his AT has successfully read/written *every* 360k disk he's tried so far, from about a dozen different PC's, XT's, 3270PC's, and XT370's) Also, I figure the safest way to go would be to have the second floppy be a 360k Tandon/CDC/Teac anyway ... Finally, has anyone found any software that won't run on the AT ? We've found that Flight Simulator won't, Lattice C will, IBM Pascal has problems, Clout (Microrim) won't, and PC-Focus has problems; although the latter also happens on an XT/370, both running DOS 3.0 ... As usual, will post a summary if response indicates ... Thanks
