[net.micro.pc] Personal Editor notabs question

Does anyone know of a patch which would make the IBM Personal Editor
default to 'notabs'.  As it is right now, every time we exit PE, we must
type the full file name followed by 'notabs' if we want spaces instead of 
tabs in the data file.  This is a real pain, so any help is appreciated.

The Capital PC User Group Disk #28 (Utility IV) contains a program:
PEFINO.BAS to patch the Personal Editor.  The patch adds two new commands:
sano (save using the notabs option) and fino (file using the notabs option).
I have found this a useful patch.
