I have two Gavilan systems with 128k cmos main ram, 56k cmos ram disk, calendar clock, internal autodial and autoanswer 300 baud modem, RS232 port, 3-1/2" internal floppy, battery operation for 4-8hrs, MS-DOS 2.00, Lattice C, Forth, MS-Pascal, WordStar, SuperCalc, MS-Basic, MS-Macro, and GW-BASIC. Runs many MS-DOS applications including DBASE II (not included). Included is a portable battery operated thermal printer using roll or 8-1/2 X 11" sheets. Schematics, theory of operations, hardware programmers docs and more included. Spec's for adding 5-1/4" floppy drive for file transfer and backup. Operates using LCD in mixed 80x8 text or 400x64 graphics, or compostite video output of 80x24 text and 480x240 graphics. Use with Monitor at home or office, or with 12v monitor in car or camper -- unplug it and travel using LCD for the display. Has leather case, or put in your brief case for more secure travel. Contents of main ram and ram disk are both battery backed up -- unit retains ram contents in power saver mode. Great for home, school or work. Original list totals over $6,000 -- asking $1,500/offer each.
