There is a program called RENDIR in the public domain, I believe it is on
PCSIG disk 10. Works fine.

It may work fine, but it's not in PC-SIG volume 10.
PS-SIG 10 is CHASM (CHeap ASsembler) and COM2DATA and their documentation.
I checked.
As a matter of fact, I couldn't find it in PC-SIG at all, but that
doesn't mean it's not there. I have 198 disks myself, and the total is up to
230+, so there's a lot of room to hide. I'll keep looking.

Now that I know how (or where to find a program) to rename directories,

does anyone know what patches will replace the "\" dir seperator with
the "/" I am more familure with ?

Ms-Dos 2.01 on a Tandy 2000 if it really matters.

-any pointers will be helpful. Thanks
