I've been asked to post the name and number of the distributor that's selling these things so cheaply. It's Microprocessors Unlimited in Beggs, Oklahoma, 918-267-4961. Last week, I bought 18 ceramic 256 DRAMs for $5.10 a piece. They also had plastic ones for $4.99 a piece. It appears to be a good outfit. I've bought from them twice. They are fast, efficient, and very helpful. And, of course, with good prices.
