[net.micro.pc] changing operating systems on hard disks

When you go from one operating system to another, sometimes
the files don't get transfered correctly. This is especially true
when downgrading to a lower release of ms-dos (pc-dos).
The way around the problem is to change the attributes of
the two hidden files ibmbio.com and ibmdos.com to non-hidden files
and then erase them.
Also don't forget that the sys command does not transfer
command.com.

The Norton Utilities can be used to change the attributes of files.
