[net.micro.pc] Disk test software posted

29034588@sdcc3.UUCP (29034588) (05/22/85)

...

As promised, I have posted the executable for the disk test software.
However, instead of posting to net.micro.pc, it is in net.sources. There
are instructions there on how to uncompress and decode it.

Also included is a brief document describing all the commands. This
is in nroff format. There is also enough on-line help available in the
program to get you started (for those like me who dislike reading manuals).

I am still considering posting the sources to the net. They take up
about 88k. Unfortunately, one of them is a 24k library for which I do
not have the source. It is mainly because of this file that I am
hesitant to post to the net.

However, for those with the burning desire to see what goes on
inside the program, I will make copies available. Just send me a disk and
a self-addressed STAMPED disk mailer. No postage, no sources!

May your fields never waver and your heads never crash.
