Yes, I know of one.
It's from a company called Avocet Systems, and as far as I can tell, it's a
repackaged version of the Quelo 68000 cross-assembler. We haven't really road-
tested it yet (we've been busy around here) but it has a nice binder and the
documentation looks like it's pretty well-written. It does have a lot of nice
features; I'll try to remember to post a mini-review once we've actually tried
the beast.
