[net.micro.pc] Advice on MS-DOS software manufactu

	I picked up the source code for a PC MAKE called NMAKE off a bbs, and
have been working on it for a while to remove bugs and make it more
like the unix version.  I still want to add a default file for default
rules, a mechanism for appending extensions to names in a list, and
a mechanism for inserting delimiters between names in a list (to get 
something like A+B+C, for example).  I think it will eventually be quite
good, so let me know if you are interested.
