[net.micro.pc] PC Card design

I am interested in designing a card for the ibm expansion
slots. I have very little circuit design experience but I
am not particularly intimidated by digital circuits. (After
all if most of the EEs I know can do it then I must be able to).

If anyone has suggestions about good books to read on the
subject please send me mail. I'd like it to be on the ibm so
as to keep the things I have to learn as narrow (and manageable)
as possible.
