i am in the process of writing a compiler to run under ms-dos. i need to know what the internal format of an .obj file is. if someone who knows could send (mail, post) this information (if not proprietary of course), or could point me in the right direction, i would appreciate it. thanks charlie berger ihnp4!drutx!druca!cab (disclaimer, disclaimer, etc.)

This information is given in chaper 6 of the Microsoft publication "MICROSOFT MS-DOS Operating System Programmer's Reference Manual" Document #8411-310-02 Part #036-014-012 Microsofts address is Microsoft Corporation 10700 Northup Way Bellevue, Wa. 98004 (206) 828-8080 Don't however, look for their library format.
