[net.micro.pc] IBM $45.00 joystick card

thanks to the one person who replied to my recent query
about joystick cards for PCs.

it turns out that IBM makes a little card just for joysticks.
i bought one over the counter at a local computer store for $45.00,
and it works well with my AT&T PC6300.
