[net.micro.pc] MANY parallel ports on one interface card. Who makes them?

I need to connect MANY parallel data lines to my PC.  

I need 8 to 12 8-bit parallel ports.  One Parallel port per card will use up
more card slots that just a few.

What are my alternatives?

Is there hope?
