Hello fellow netters.... To whom it may concern, or rather, to those who may want to be concerned. I have posted a program to net.sources. This program is a Mandelbrot set generator and plotter for an IBM PC with a color graphics adaptor, or compatibles. I have successfully used this program on the following machines: IBM PC, IBM PC-AT, IBM PC-jr, Compaq Deskpro (V30mod). I have also compiled the program on a Slicer CP/M86 machine with a few modifications (by removing the graphics calls and the directory functions, I use this machine to generate the data files which I download to the PC for plotting). The program requires the Turbo Pascal compiler. An outline of operation is included at the beginning of the source code. Good computing...... -- Tim Margeson (206)253-5240 tektronix!tekigm!timothym @@ 'Who said that?' PO Box 3500 d/s C1-465 Vancouver, WA. 98665
