[net.micro.pc] uudecode in GW-BASIC

I have posted a uudecode program to net.sources. This is written in
GW-BASIC and may be copied freely. I hope this helps you guys
who don't have uudecode or don't have binary file transfer from
the machine that does to your PCs.
