Has anyone out there gotten PC Paintbrush (as distributed by Microsoft) to print properly on the IBM Color JetPrinter? The Jetprinter is curiously missing from the menu of supported printers in the software, although it IS listed in the manual as being supported. I've tried every other Jetprinter that uses the same (Canon?) engine, to no avail. I even resorted to calling Microsoft, who (flame on) IN THEIR NORMAL MODE OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT (flame off) tald me that the documentation was wrong- the software was right, and that they had no idea if/when PC Paintbrush would support such a "rogue" printer ("we support all the STANDARD printers..."). I'd appreciate any help anyone could give....(via mail instead of followups would me most appreciated). (flame on) I wonder what the "stick factor(*)" for Microsoft Support is?
