The backup and restore commands seem to be buggy when it comes to dealing with large files. This was a problem with DOS 3.0 that 3.1 was supposedly going to fix, but it's still there. I am currently using 3.1 on an AT with a Bernoulli Box (2 x 10M). I have been using BACKUP to transfer large files between my system and a client's using 360K floppies. My client has a PC clone running 2.11. I haven't noticed any problems. What should I be looking for? What is the nature of the bugs you mention? -- <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Mark D.
