[net.micro.pc] Looking for formatter

   Now that there is apparently a good version of VI for the pc, 
does anyone know of a formatter similar to nroff (or not) that will work 
on the XT and an Epson FX-85?  

    If such an animal does not exist, is there a word processor 
which employs a command structure similar to the two modes (input
and command) of VI?
